Drew Saperstein began his legal career working for attorney Geoffrey Fieger during the “Kevorkian years.” In 1999, Drew assisted Mr. Fieger on a trial where the jury awarded $32,000,000.00 to the injured client. Drew joined Fried Saperstein Abbatt in1999 to work with his father.

Drew is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned his juris doctorate degree from the Detroit College of Law @ Michigan State University.

Drew handles personal injury litigation. Drew has helped many accident victims recover fair compensation for their injuries. He handles case involving: automobile accidents, trucking collisions, wrongful death suits, motorcycle accidents, and other negligence claims. In addition, Drew has helped clients obtain their No-Fault benefits from automobile insurance companies. These benefits include: wage loss, household services, attendant care, home modification, payment of medical expenses, mileage, and prescriptions.

Joshua Nucian began his legal career at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office. He came to Fried Saperstein Abbatt P.C. after running his own practice where he specialized in drunk driving, traffic offenses, driver license restorations, drug related offenses, local and state misdemeanors and all felonies. 

A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Michigan State University College of Law, Josh has practiced in local, county and federal courts earning the reputation of the guy who can get things done.
